Refunds and Cancellations

We all believe in keeping all of our Jajmans and Pilgrims happy with our services and assisting them from beginning to end. All service adjustments will be done in accordance with the individual's needs. Only before the services are used may refunds or cancellations be stated.

In the event of a cancellation or refund:

• Please apply for refunds atleast 5 days before the date of service. 
• Email us at (info@prayagpandits.com) or call us regarding the refund.
• All refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of the cancellation request.
• We will refund the 100% amount back to you on your original payment method. But please note, there will bank and payment gateway charges which will be deducted.
• There will not be any returns processed.
