Are dreams related to Pitrudosh?

Recurring dreams involving deceased family members are widely considered a sign of Pitrudosh across Hindu traditions. Common patterns include ancestors appearing hungry, thirsty, distressed, or asking for food and clothes. Dreams of visiting cremation grounds or seeing departed relatives in pain are also noted indicators. The Garuda Purana mentions that unsatisfied ancestors attempt to communicate their needs through such dreams.
