Your family’s names, gotra if known, and ancestors’ names are prepared for the Sankalp, and you join from Canada via live video conferencing.

How is the joining time confirmed across Canada?

Canada has several time zones, and seasonal clock changes vary by location. After the suitable ceremony time in India is settled, your corresponding local time is confirmed for the Canadian city or province you share during coordination.

Which tirtha should we choose for Pind Daan?

Gaya, Prayagraj, Varanasi and Haridwar each carry a distinct sacred tradition. If an elder or family priest has named a place, begin with that guidance. Otherwise, read the package scope calmly and choose the tirtha that agrees with your family tradition.

Can relatives join from different provinces or countries?

Yes, subject to the confirmed live video conferencing arrangement. Appoint one family coordinator and share the locations involved during coordination so the joining time can be made clear to everyone.

What if we do not know the gotra or exact death tithi?

Share only what your family knows. The pandit can explain how an unknown gotra is handled and help you understand a suitable Pitru Paksha tithi. Sarva Pitru Amavasya may be considered when the exact tithi is unknown.

Are Shradh, Tarpan or Asthi Visarjan included?

Only the rites expressly named on the selected product page are included. Shradh, Tarpan, Asthi Visarjan, Brahmin Bhoj, Gau Daan, Narayan Bali and Tripindi Shradh are separate unless the package clearly states otherwise.
