Is it compulsory to travel to Gaya, or can Pind Daan be arranged remotely?

While physical presence carries greater personal merit, it is NOT compulsory. Our Vedic-trained pandits perform Gaya Pind Daan on behalf of families living abroad or those unable to travel. You share the deceased’s name, gotra, date of passing, and family details via WhatsApp or email, and we conduct the complete ceremony at Vishnupad, Akshaya Vat, Phalgu River, and other prescribed vedi sites. The Sankalpa is performed in your name, the pindas are offered with correct Vedic procedure, and a video recording is shared within 48 hours. Many NRI families from the USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and UAE trust us for this sacred duty. Physical presence is recommended for first-time Gaya Pind Daan if feasible; for subsequent ceremonies, remote arrangement is widely accepted.
