How many days should I plan to stay in Gaya for Pind Daan?

The complete Pind Daan ritual at Gaya, performed at all prescribed sites including Vishnupad Temple, Falgu Ghat, Akshayavat, Brahmakapal, and Pretashila, traditionally takes 3 days. A focused single-day ceremony covering the primary sites is also possible and is the more common choice for families with travel constraints. We recommend planning at minimum 2 days and 1 night to perform the ritual without rushing.
