What if I am not able to join the live video at the scheduled time?

If you are unable to join the live call despite our reminders, the ritual is still performed as scheduled in your name — it is not cancelled or postponed. After the ceremony, we send you a full video recording along with timestamped photographs and the signed completion certificate. Your ancestor’s Pind Daan is honoured regardless of whether you could attend live.
