My family has not done Pind Daan for my grandfather who passed 15 years ago. Is it too late?

It is never too late. The scriptures do not impose a time limit on Pind Daan. Families who have missed performing the ritual for years or decades can still have it done — our pandits will include a specific supplementary prayer (prayashchitta sankalpa) acknowledging the delay and seeking the blessings of the departed soul. This is a common situation for NRI families and we handle it with complete sensitivity and proper Vedic procedure.
