What if I miss the live video call due to time zone issues?

We understand that US time zones mean rituals may be scheduled during your late evening or night. If you miss the live call despite our reminders, the ritual is still performed as scheduled in your name — it is not cancelled. We will send you a full video recording of the ceremony along with photographs and the completion certificate, so you have complete documentation even if you could not join live.
