उत्तर दिया Prakhar Porwal ·

The most auspicious times for Ganga Snan are: (1) Brahma Muhurat — 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM, just before sunrise, considered the most spiritually potent time, (2) Sunrise itself (Usha Kaal), when the first rays touch the water, (3) Ganga Dussehra (Jyeshtha Shukla Dashami), when Ganga is believed to have descended to earth, (4) Kartik Purnima (Dev Diwali), (5) Mauni Amavasya during Magh Mela or Kumbh Mela, (6) Makar Sankranti, and (7) All Amavasya and Purnima days during the year. Solar and lunar eclipses are also considered powerful for Ganga Snan. At Haridwar, Varanasi, and Prayagraj, our pandits can guide you to specific auspicious timings and help you perform Snan with correct mantras.
