At what age does Manglik Dosha weaken or end?

Answered by Prakhar Porwal ·

Traditional Vedic texts hold that the negative effects of Manglik Dosha significantly weaken after the native enters their 28th year — the age when the planetary cycle of Mars completes its most active influence. By the age of 28-30, the dosha’s power over marital harmony is considered largely exhausted. However, this is not an absolute rule — it is a guideline that works best when combined with other remedial measures performed earlier in life. Many families arrange delayed marriages (after 28) specifically to allow the dosha to fully mature and lose its disruptive potency before the wedding.
