What should I wear and bring for Gaya Pind Daan?

Traditional practice calls for white or light-coloured clothing. All puja materials (pindas, sesame, kusha grass, ghee, flowers) are provided by Prayag Pandits as part of the package — you do not need to purchase anything separately. Bring your family details (names, gotra) written down, comfortable footwear for walking on ghat stone, and a camera or phone if you wish to take your own photographs.
