Our recommended slot for UK families is 10–11 AM IST, which is 4:30–5:30 AM GMT (winter) or 5:30–6:30 AM BST (summer). We can also arrange afternoon slots at 2 PM IST = 8:30 AM GMT, which many families prefer as it avoids the very early morning wake-up.
