Who established the Dwadash Madhav temples at Prayagraj?

According to Puranic tradition, Lord Brahma established the Dwadash Madhav temples at Prayagraj after the creation of the universe to sanctify the Prayag Kshetra. The first organized Parikrama was conducted during Tretayuga under the guidance of Maharishi Bharadwaj. The modern revival was initiated in 1961 by Sant Prabhudutt Brahmachari, Shankaracharya Niranjan Devtirtha, and Dharmasamrat Swami Karpatri Ji Maharaj.
