Data Deletion Instructions

Prayag Pandits uses WhatsApp to send booking-related notifications only when a customer has provided the required consent. You may ask us to delete personal data associated with these notifications.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@prayagpandits.com with the subject WhatsApp Data Deletion Request.
2. Write from the billing email used for your booking where possible. Include your name, booking or order reference, and WhatsApp number with country code so we can locate the correct records.
3. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents unless our privacy team specifically requests a secure verification method.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and prevent another person from deleting your records without authorization.

What we will do

• Remove eligible WhatsApp notification consent evidence and ordinary notification records linked to the verified booking.
• Cancel eligible notifications that have not crossed the provider transport boundary.
• Remove recipient display suffixes from operational records that must be retained.
• Confirm the outcome of the request using the verified contact channel.

Information that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained when necessary to honor your choices or meet legal and operational obligations. These can include hash-only STOP suppression so that we do not message you again, evidence for an in-flight or uncertain delivery outcome, and booking, payment, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or security records that must be retained. Retained records are restricted to the purpose that requires them.

Timeframe

We aim to complete a verified request within 30 calendar days. If a request is unusually complex or a legal retention duty applies, we will explain the status and any data that cannot yet be deleted.

Stop WhatsApp notifications

You may also reply STOP to an eligible Prayag Pandits WhatsApp notification to suppress future WhatsApp booking notifications. A STOP request is an opt-out; it does not by itself delete booking, payment, or legally required business records.
